Re: Music Recommendations for Solo Practice
Hello Mog, HUGS
Laly is grinning...yeah those tracks sure a fantastic.
Yeah I agree...

OH YEAH...sure does do that-usually with 3-4 min my
heart is racing and i am panting.

Mog- to clear up your confusion...I dont use the
Ecstacy CD on the days the i choose to do A KS
practice- or while in KSMO practice for that fact (i
dont reguarly do a KSMO practice really-at least not
the 2-3 times a week like in the beginning or
suggested in the pfd file). I may listen to it before
a KS session- in the fact of getting my mind to relax
and not 'think about' anything. Once I feel the echos
starting I switch to the KS 20 min track and am off to
the "O". Or if it is late at nite (past 9 pm) and the
echos are just so fast or won't settle down for me to
sleep - I will play the Ecstasy cd track 1 and I
settle in my chair climbing ever so to a heartgasm.

No , you are not on your own!!

yeah , I can achieve KSMO with or without and music or
KS music/auditory stimulation= as well as without any
genital stim too.

I answered this in the above Mog. Before a KS session
if i feel the need to get my mind out of practice then
switch to the KS 20 track afterwards. BUT most of the
time it is outside my practice.
Track 1 is the one that really gets me 'revving' ,
track 2 is good - sets a nice pace for relaxing , kind
of like those 2-3 breaths in between each KS made.
> Regards to you both (and all),
And to you as well Mog-
Have a GREAT New Year!
With love,
Laly
