I am an Anerose user of 1 year now and have many satisfying Super-Os (MMO, as they are called on Anerose Forum) However, during the last few months I have been able to have MMOs just sitting in front of my computer, sipping my morning coffee without any equipment or efforts on my part (PC crunches, etc.)!

That is kewl!! Feels totally awesome - huh!! I myself experience such feelings as those - we here on the forum call them echo effects.

Yeah, I just love that KSMO/MMO compliments so many different facets of life to enhance our pleasure to infinite possiblilites.

Hmmm- control ...i have been practicing for over a year and still find that attempting to control any part of my practice or pleasure derived from it. AS the pfd file suggests- it should be of a more ALLOWING nature than attemting to control it-I have heard and also experienced wherre TRYING to control your responses actually may detract from it- the exact opposite.

"I have the same questions as "Puzzler" plus a couple of my own. I can limit my Anerose sessions for now, to 2 times a week, but I have my "non-Anerose sessions" going on all week long??? (can't really stop these...) I did my first listening session to the CD last night and immediately got involuntaries and "P-Waves"! "

Why would you want them to stop???? Just curious- For me I have echos that last for many days after a practice. Sometimes , my echos are so strong that I am able to build upon the echos to arrive at a most sacred and blessed heartgasm.

Not sure how is for you- but YES - it is normal... WELCOME TO THE ADVENTURE!!! :-)

No - not really ignore everything- but look at it from a standpoint of following a new path on your life journey. For me , I took my KSMO journey slowly and with a sense of wonder and constant amazement at what my body was tellign me and the sheer pleasure "I" was receiveing .

NO - in fact i think it is like trying to stop the train once it gets started. Just sit back and ENJOY THE RIDE. It can be the most out of this world mind-blowing passionate energy ride !!!

Just my opinion- from my practice experience, you will be taken to some really awesome places you;ve never dreamed you;d see or feel!!

HUGSSS... just take it a step at a time and pause and see how your body is responding and take note of any little sensation - no matter how small it may be!!
