I am not surprised at your response Laly. I am fond of a saying that says; "Attention goes when attention flows". I sense also that you have a degree of empathy too and I suspect that empathy and association (with other people's experiences and words are also linked.

I use the 'success' forum posts in a similar way that sports-people mentally rehearse before they undertake their event in 'real time'. A sort of future pacing. I mentally go through the experience from beginning to end paying real attention to the descriptions provided.

I also use affirming messages such as; "I shall get this... I deserve this... move forward when you are ready... etc."

Of course, I can't know exactly what type of progress lies ahead although I can indulge in a little generalisation. It is also very easy to intellectualise all this and forget the pleasure of the journey!

Now I let my body tell me when its ready for a KS session. I use the opening part of a session to 'tune up' with the KS only, to find the definite point where the resonance makes contact with the dispersing mechanisim in the genital area (dispersing the energy to the rest of the body). Only then do I introduce the erotic touch.

Now THAT is when it gets interesting! :-)

I think, due to past behaviours, my body has been conditioned to accept a low level of orgasmic energy. So current progress has been to accept a higher and higher charge by degree. I notice a circuit breaker effect at the end of each session with a higher level of charge being attained.

Intuitively, I suspect a step-change may be due...
