Hi Mog,

It has been a month since I first tried "clicking forward." Soon after I wrote that post, when I was between sleep and awake, I heard several clicks and felt a kind of shift away from the fear anger part of myself toward the pleasure part, and I thought, "I heard it." That was the only time though.

During that month, I switched jobs. I bake bread. I moved from a bakery that is heavy on fear/anger issues, to a bakery where there is more of an atmosphere of respect. Synchronicity, cause and effect? Who can say.

Writing this, I am aware of the amygdala area of my brain. But over the past week or so, I've been far more aware of energy in the area behind my nose and in my eyebrow center (maybe that includes my amygdala, I'm not sure. It is close). Anyway, I am having sort of like nose orgasms where my nostrals flair in a pulsing pattern in energetic dialogue with the plusing in my reproductive area.

Can I get a witness? Anyone else notice the same?
