So latest sensations...

After my last practice, about 30 mins, I experience several flashes of light internally. I don't know whether it was connected to the practise, maybe a discharge of energy?

Yesterday was a 'day off' from the KS practise, and time for a 'conventional'

Actually the experience was 'ok' but what was interesting was that I normally get several 'aftershocks' or surges of pleasure.

Strangely, I can NOW summon these little 'shocks' by influencing my breathing and internal control, even days later....Interesting!
