Over the past two decades, I occasionally had dreams that where both intense and emotionally uplifting, and I would awake from these dreams in the throws of a powerfully vibrant, life affirming, state of being that would stay with me as long as I was just an observer. I was always left with a positive feeling each time I had one of these experiences, and I would feel the afterglow from several hours up to several days. So I appreciated them when they happened, without worry.

After practicing KSMO for several months, I had one of those dreams, and when I awoke, my intuition told me I was experiencing an FBO.

As I recall these FBO dreams, it feels like these dreams are in a sense premonitions of my practicing KMSO. Like they are a promise of wonderful things to come.
