As a chart of my own progress, and to invite comments and advice, I am starting a thread on day-by-day progress. So here goes...

Day1 (26Sep03):
Came across the KSMO website after quite a lot of searching around - and it just felt right. Purchased the seminar download, and sat down to listen. Listening on my laptop machine with headphones - the .mp3 is *not* the best; quite a lot of odd distortion that gave me a bit of a headache listening through, but I got through to the end.

Went straight in at the deep end after listening, using the keysound and following the directions about the base of the penis and perineum in the seminar. Some effects noted - but eventually experienced the rush to ejaculatory orgasm.

Realised I was missing something...
