Ahhh! At LAST! ;-)

EXCELLENT!

Good! As we say here: "The fastest way to learn is by SLOWING DOWN (and letting yourself FEEL what is happening IN THE MOMENT)."

Excellent diagnosis, Doc!

That is an excellent tip for ALL readers! Don't get ahead of yourself in the practice. Just concentrate on making "this next practice" a good one... following the Key Sound Multiple Orgasm Trigger protocol as closely as you can.

Yes!!! Replace analysis with appreciation and enjoyment, savoring what is happening for you in THIS moment.

You're not alone in that regard... especially among the male population! :-)

READERS: THIS SECTION CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT TIPS

Sounds perfect!

READERS: HERE'S ANOTHER VERY GOOD TIP, THIS TIME FROM ADEPT "PAN"

That's a GREAT idea, Pan! Please add it to our new "Nuggets" collection!

Very good... especially when done in a gentle, relaxed way, and not with a "policing" attitude: i.e., not with an attitude of what you might be doing "wrong" (aha! GOTCHA! There you go again! etc.), rather with a loving attitude of wanting to identify what areas of your physical self may need some HELP in relaxing and allowing the energy to flow.

HELLOOOOOOOOOO!!! :-)

The regular breaths are an essential component of the protocol.

Why? Because it's during the regular breath phase of the protocol that you get to collect the goodies!

By that I mean that when you are doing the regular breathing, your erotic energy self LITERALLY has the "breathing room" to "send" to your conscious awareness stronger and more varied Echo Effects (which at higher levels of arousal blossom into full orgasms).

The regular breath phase gives you a chance enjoy and "anchor" that level of arousal, before giving it another "pump" through the use of another Key Sound (its use timed correctly according to the protocol).

Very nice visualization!

Yes, the visualization is a right brain way of directing the energy flow in your body.

Doc, this realization is a HUGE STEP FORWARD for you!

It's important to remember that ignoring furballs and trying to PUSH past them using this practice is like "driving with the oil pressure warning light on", and is OFF protocol.

Congratulations on this new milestone in your practice, Doc!

ATTENTION READERS: What Doc just described is a VERY COMMON TRAP.

Yes, which previously took you AWAY from FEELING >>>MORE<<<.

INDEED they do!

Unfortunately, very many men and many women also tend to push past these issues and just try to "get off."

But just "getting off" is not usually very satisfying, for other than very short-term "relief."

Why? Because that approach replaces arousal with stimulation. By that I mean that the pushing past the furballs takes one OUT of their EMOTIONAL body, and so actual (FULL BODY) arousal tends to stay relatively low, with excitation concentrating primarily in the genital area, for both men and women, but vigorous stimulation can trigger a "sort of" orgasm (i.e., not all that satisfying) for women, and a relatively quick ejaculation with so-so orgasm for men.

Since such behavior tends not to be DEEPLY satisfying or emotionally nurturing, one is left with a hunger for more.

This is what can set the stage for compulsive sexual behavior.

The Multiple Orgasm Trigger Method replaces high stimulation and relatively low arousal with minimal stimulation leading to multi-orgasmically high levels of arousal and satisfaction.

I think you are right on with that awareness, Doc!

The thing is, when a person is practicing the protocol correctly and yet after a period of time is still not accessing the complete opening of waves of multiple orgasms, then unresolved emotional issues (i.e., "furballs") are the likely culprit.

>But, yesterday also was a clue

Excellent!

Yes... as I mention in the audio seminar, GENTLE practice MAY help DISSOLVE some or all of these furballs provided you have a GENTLE attitude about the practice, such as you are NOW describing.

However, to all readers: If after some gentle practice, if certain feelings of unworthiness or feelings such as: "Maybe everybody else can get this, but I'll probably be the exception who can't," etc., then it's essential to get professional counseling assistance in healing the emotional issues which are blocking access to the higher multi-orgasmic states.

Doc, as time goes on, I think you will find in retrospect that you will be amazed at what a big step forward in practice you have taken as a result of the changes you are reporting in this post.

Way to go!

Very best wishes,
Jack
