Jack, thanks for all the positive feedback!
Definitely I can tell my
previous practice is not a needed
prerequisite, just a help in speeding my
progress a bit. This all feels
very much like experience I had about 15
years ago for awhile when I found a
very "psychic" "tantric body worker"
woman. Saw her once a week for awhile.
She could touch my arm with one finger
and flood my body with sexual energy
then use her hands to help me direct it to
where there were blockages and
the energy would move through and
release them. This, however is stronger
still and feels directed by a "higher"
intelligence. During today's session
I had a lot of tension in my midback about
where the my diaphragm connects
and slightly below (no surprise as I have
physical and emotional issues
there) and after session had a bit of a
congested, energy stuffed headache
esp in the forehead 3rd eye area. A bit of
free movement and meditation
cleared all that up completely.

Day two practice: I'd say lower edges of
multiple orgasms. Tingly, warm
kind of oozy feelings in lower 2/3 of
abdomen, repeated series of
contractions internally and lot of arching
and general writhing around.
Added a bit of stimulation after awhile
because I wanted to.
Made it all much more intense. Could
feel that if I did much stim at this
point I probably would have ejaculated but
I really didn't have any urge to.
Knew it would have meant "game over"
for now and I was having too much fun.
