Recently I celebrated 6 years as part of KSMO community - and there is one area which has always confused me; the relation between arousal and relaxation.

For a "conventional" sexual experience (alone or with a partner) I think it is safe to make the personal generalisation (are generalisations ever safe??), that arousal is a foremost ingredient for me. BOTH in the act itself and looking forward to the act. This most often leads to ejaculation/acute genital orgasms. ...

There's something strange going on. In January my return to regular practice gave plenty on encouraging signs (see last post). Yet for most of Feb and all of March I have dropped off my practice.

Personally, the last month or so has been good. I've refocused in a few areas and have been enjoying life more. Yet there is something that has been putting me off practice...

I read some blogs for motivation (Laly's first KSMO experience and felt encouraged), then I stumbled...

In the last month I was able to spend some intimate time with myself, with my body. I was worried about the pressure I had put on myself in the past, and how this was taking the joy and energy out of a lot of my KSMO practice (and also many other areas of my life).

My main focus was simply to practice the KS. So using Jack's 20 min training session I would simply go along with it, not using any touch at all. I liked thinking of it as slowly rewiring my body, and that every little...

I thought I'd start 2009 with a blog, and try and be more honest with it too.

Actually, I was inspired by Canuck's blogs. Just reading them, there was something very ordinary - yet inspiring in their ordinariness. I guess what I mean, is that I could relate to things like going to the gym, and work, and his descriptions of paryting etc.

I guess sometimes I have felt that KSMOs was another 'should-isms' to be brought into my life. Another things to beat myself up over....

I don't have a lot to report, but thought I'd drop in to blog my most recent developments...

Have used Jack's service for the coaching of the KS. I have incoporated Jack's advice.

Interestingly this has made the sound much quieter, as if there is someone in the next room who I don't want to hear it.

The other thing (and this is hard to explain) is that I am trying to open up my horizons to sex in a more general way. Like I said it is difficult to get...
