Hi...not sure what am about to post qualifies for KSMO...but it does fall into context of my journey to emotional freedom ...

I have been working on releasing hold on loved ones whom (who??) are no longer walking the physical world...there was one last set of physical holdings (ashes) that I had been holding onto for many years...just couldn't find the courage to release my dog's ashes...that is until today.

I'll admit it was not the easiest thing for me to do...but...

It has been a ....many so many great words come to mind to descibe these past few weeks...I have been on a rather great energy and emotional high that I just don't want anything to burst that "happy" bubble!!

I have decided to share my story with my Family Constellations group...that is completely , whole-ly, and try not to let the fears and "what-ifs" demons crop up.

Just so many thoughts I...

HI...it's been awhile since I've posted but soo much progress and a few "new" things to report I just don't know where to begin .

Well last month I experienced a what i feel is a setback- but come to realize may be what I needed - a jolt to the emotional system to get me back on track. I felt so "not myself" the past few months...so I've been doing quite a bit of soul searching and energy healing ..for myself AS WELL as helping other people too.

Hi...havent really practiced per se this past week...but I did make time to meditate and move some energy around.

Right now listening to some Reiki music and the energy is running abound ...particularly along my spine on the right side. I'll get into why just this area right now. Please forgive me for being 'blunt' , but being a woman and (to say this without blushing) having to deal with what we have to each month.

For me , it can be an unpleasant event to go through...
