I really like that area! It's still close "enough" to SFO yet it's the gateway to Sonoma County and NorCal.

How WONDERFUL that you two are getting a place of your own!!! Hey small condos can be nice. We're now living in a two-room (plus bath and a small enclosed balcony that doubles as Jackie's studio) and we like the simplification.

What's your closing date?

Needless to say it's been pretty nutso up here too... We may, just may... be in the final stages of the immigration screening... The immigration guy (aka CIC) asked for one more document which we fax to him today or tomorrow, and our immigration attorney says that based on what he asked for it's looking pretty good. - Knock Knock Knock, eh, PanDragon?

You don't happen to have skype do you? If not, no biggie, was just thinking it might be a way around the spam.
We don't have a land line up here... We keep a cellphone for emergencies when on the road etc. but noooo land line. Skype's about 3 bux a month with free calls between US and Canada and way cheapo most other countries so it's been working pretty well for us.

Hey Brother! I hear ya RE: the exhaustion. Things are nuts down here. We're in the middle of escrow for a small condo in Novato! It's exciting and a little nerve-wracking at the same time. A phone chat would be great. The best way to do it is just to email me so we can set up a time. Amy and I get so many SPAM calls, we hardly answer the phone anymore. LOL! Hope to hear from you soon.
