Blog #4 – Progress report.
WOW – what a week this has been. Not sure where I am going with this, but am enjoying the journey.
Had one interesting insight yesterday. I was with my son watching my eight year old grand daughter show off her newly acquired “circus” abilities. Twice during the show I was hit with a wave of sadness and tears.
It wasn’t the show – it was realizing how deeply I have been hurt, how it happened, and how much I have missed.

I do believe I just had my first orgasm! Toward the end of my KSMOs this morning I became aware of a feeling of energy entering my feet and moving up the legs into my genitals and back. Hi – been doing KSMOs for about a month, so a progress report is in order. Last week was a “disappointment.” Not much seemed to be happening during or after the sessions.. No apparent echoes during the day. I was aware, however, of waking up in the middle of the night feeling sexually aroused in most parts of my middle and upper body. This was something new to me.

Hello fellow travelers. I am what is called I believe a Newbie. This is my first blog – ever. Sort of scaring. Am I saying too much, or too little? If anyone has any questions or wants to make any suggestions, please do so.
