Playing my relaxation recording today, I allowed ‘Alana' to again lead me into a very relaxed mind and body space (she has such a sensuous voice, one would follow her anywhere).

I decided to take a week off from working out to relax and give my body some much needed down time. To my joy, within two days I was experiencing some very strong echos and orgasmic feelings.

I just finished my second KSMO session. In my warm down period (30 min.) after practicing the KS’s (25 min.) I believe I experienced my first echo effects, just a few, they were intriguingly subtle.
