Resuming KSMO Sessions
Posted 25th January 2008 at 13:59 by Onthepath
Today, I copied over my blog entries from the OrgasmWiki so that all of them will be in one place along with my forum posts. The vBulletin Blog is much easier to use than the wiki.
Due to a medical procedure that I had recently, I had basically stopped my KSMO sessions. I wasn’t sure when the procedure was going to take place but I knew it was coming up soon. Now that I’m past that, I can resume my sessions.
I had my first session in months yesterday and it’s as if I had never stopped. However, I do need to go back and listen to the CDs again since my key sound is a little rusty. After making a few of them, I got more relaxed and the pelvic contractions started up. What was unusual is that during these contractions I started feeling waves of pleasure, increasing and decreasing in intensity, just underneath the surface, just barely noticeable. They were slower in frequency than the contractions which were varying in frequency themselves. The waves seemed steady and unaffected by the speed of the contractions. They may have been there all along but due to the physical nature of the contractions, I probably never noticed them. Since I’m used to having these contractions, I purposely tried to put them out of my mind so that I could see if I was feeling anything else while the contractions were happening. The contractions tend to overshadow everything else that is going on. I think all this is more evidence of me getting in tune with my body.
When I started this entry, I noticed that I was using the term “practice” as in “KSMO practice” rather than the word “session” that I’m using now. The term “practice” to me sounds like some sort of routine or chore that I have to go through before I can really have fun. Similar to my sessions with the Aneros, I don’t think of them as practice but as sessions. Each one is unique offering different amounts of pleasure and sensations. So, I’m going to try and use the term “session” from now on, or at least until a better one comes along!
