laly's Liberation-journey to emotional freedom

HI...it's been awhile since I've posted but soo much progress and a few "new" things to report I just don't know where to begin .

Well last month I experienced a what i feel is a setback- but come to realize may be what I needed - a jolt to the emotional system to get me back on track. I felt so "not myself" the past few months...so I've been doing quite a bit of soul searching and energy healing ..for myself AS WELL as helping other people too.

Well that incident had me furious with myself...and I've decided to stop hiding myself and step forward and let the world see and hear me finally-- at the workshops (Family Constellation) I still held my true self back in not allowing self to join the group "Completely" - that is heart, mind, sou, AND body.

At the next FC workshop , I am hoping to be chosen to share my story with the group and also to allow other people to share in my life.

now.... for the advances/successes in the KSMO journey...lately I've been experiencing some awesome echos and spontaneous orgasms...the past week I've been so 'aroused' in the morning just from things of the energy healing and running I've been doing - it seems to just 'tirgger' those feelings of happiness and joy. ALTHOUGH it is hard to keep quiet when trying to eat breakfast and NOT alone... lol.

I have had one person from the TUT village (TUTs Adventurers Club: Explore the power of thought & creative visualization to manifest dreams!) join KSMO and another person who is thinking of joining soon. I talk about KSMO (when asked to) and am very honest and open about what our site and program is about.

I ve grown and changed so much --
