KSMO and nightmares
Posted 25th September 2007 at 19:02 by Valentine
Two nights ago, in the middle of sleep, I dreamt, I think. My whole body was tingling/buzzing/vibrating. The most intense area was my left back rib area. Which just so happens to be the first place I experienced something different in one of my KSMO practices.
I was dreaming that I was asleep, and experiencing this, which was true. So I thought it was real. Then, I had a nightmare. My nightmares are very weird. And terrifying. Because they are so weird, I know they aren't really happening. When I was a kid, I would not be able to move for the rest of the night, whether I was asleep or awake, until the sun came up. However, I have learned that I can wake up during my nightmares and then be able to move(special thanks to my hypno-therapist!!!). So that is what I did. Then, last night, I had another completely different, less terrifying nightmare, sans tingling.
This is entirely weird and new. Two nightmare nights in a row?? What am I, 15 again???
One other very off topic thing. Being 23 and trying to learn this is the hardest thing in the world. My sex drive is so high, I seriously think I need a chastity belt so I can properly follow KSMO protocol.

Thanks for the post Valentine... I'm very sorry to hear about the nightmares...
It sounds from your post that you have had a history of them, before beginning the KSMO / Multiple Orgasm Trigger practice. Am I understanding that correctly? RE: The hardest thing in the world - I'm curious as to why you chose this time to begin learning to use the Multiple Orgasm Trigger? What is it that you'd like to gain that you don't have already? I'm just curious, so that I and others here may be better able to help you in your practice. Wishing you the very best, and some pleasant dreams as well! - Jack |

Thanks for the reply, Jack.
In the past, I have had nightmares, but they were mostly from after watching scary movies or the "monster in the closet/under the bed" variety. I have since gotten over such things. My current nightmares(which aren't as scary as my old ones) are a completely different beast, or different issue. Considering that I haven't dreamed consistently since I was very young, and now that KSMO is reversing that, even if it is mostly nightmares (yes, I have had a few good dreams!!!), I am very happy. As far as why I am learning KSMO now, I was curious as to why women could have MMO, and men couldn't(old belief, by the way). So I did some research, got some books that were very science-y, found tantra, then KSMO. And here I am, learning about me at the age of 23. ![]() |

Man, that's REALLY to your credit to be open to learning this at such a young age!
My hat's off to ya! |

Hey Valentine, you may want to do some research into what you are experiencing. I know that I went through a brief time where I would feel like I had woken up in the middle of the night but couldn't move. I could hear strange noises and felt afraid. Luckily I could manage to struggle to wake and would finally wake up. I'm thinking what I was actually going through was, for a lack of a better term, there's a spot near REM sleep where your body is almost paralized because you're dreaming. Dogs don't have this and that is why when they dream, they'll move sometimes. Anyways, I figure I was somehow opening my eyes and partially waking up and could look around my room but couldn't move because I wasn't fully awake. The noise I was hearing I later realized was the sound of my own heart beating. Like I said I'm not sure what this phenomenon is called but it does happen to other people. Not sure what brought it on with me but it did correct itself.
