KS Interrupted

I decided to listen to my new Ecstasy cd before starting my KS practice today. That thing is quite trippy, and an hour just zipped by! I had a very small almost orgasm, a orgasm, and then something amazing...
I had a FBO!!!!
My whole body was electrified for about eight seconds. It was pretty small and mild, like a 1 on a scale of one to ten. But it was definitely noticable. Exciting!
I am positive I wouldn't have had these results if it weren't for my previous KS pracitice. In fact, I didn't think anything was going to happen except a charging of my root chakra that would make my KS practice afterwards more 'powerful'.
I had opened my eyes when the FBO started and the room was green, then red, then kinda dissappeared as the FBO went on. After the FBO was over, the room snapped back to a regular boring white color, like nothing had happened. And that was the last of the pleasure or anything I felt for the rest of the cd.
It was totally weird, too, because I was thinking, 'oh awesome, FBO... Why is the room greenish? ..... Redish?? .... Wait, what happened???'
Yes, orgasms apparently can be disorienting. who knew? I think this disorientation was what 'knocked' me out of my relaxation, hence, no more pleasure for the rest of the cd.
The music seems to cycle between the heart and root chakras. When the cd first started, there was a distinct pressure at my root chakra, much like I had experienced when getting my chakras cleared at Donna Eden's workshop. Then that dwindled, and my heart chakra started pumping. I wanted to go out and hug my roommates and their guests and just cry with them and share the love.
I totally just rolled my own eye's at that. I sound so much like a hippy!
The cd alternated between the two chakras. I was on the verge of bliss tears one of the times it was on my heart chakra. It didn't seem to do both chakras at the same time.
I would have liked to go onto my KS after the cd, but my roommates had guests over, so I really wasn't able to do anything, as the walls are pretty thin. I prefer when they are in their room, which gives me a living room as a buffer, or even better, when they aren't here at all. Like tomorrow.

I remember my first and how if brought home to me that I was at the threshold of a different kind of orgasmic experience. The coloured illusions at the peak and just after are certainly weird and you might find, like I did, that they soon come in rather surprising tiled patterns. Don’t let them cause you any disquiet – welcome them and be amused by them – they are harmless and a mark of progress. Looking forward to your next session? Don't overdo that because there will be disappointing sessions as well as ecstatic ones before you reach the high ground. And high expectations can be counter-productive. Good luck - be prepared to be entertained! |

Got the Orgasmic Diet book.. could it really be that simple? So I'm stuffing fish oil capsules down my throat with gay abandon (10 a day my god!) and have fished out my Kegel Exerciser... It says about two weeks to get the benefit, so I'll feed back later... but just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the recommendation. |
