Great arousal enhancement! But, I caution regarding the "penis as muscle" idea and stretching yours much beyond its longitudinal axis while strongly erect. The penis is NOT a muscle, but a balloon! The outer tissues are tension members and not meant to resist much differential compression force or bending. A friend of mine, having intercourse with his wife, after an outward withdrawal move, got out of alignment enough that when he thrust back in, his penis stretched over to one side and burst one of the two main "balloons" (the corpus cavernosae) that give the erection it's strength! He now permanently flops to one side. I doubt you want to burst your handsome balloon!
