My week in review

And what a week it has been.
I feel that preparation is vitally important for me and my focus has been to reach a place of relaxedness before beginning the KSMO session. On Monday I introduced Kelly Howell's Ecstasy CD to my preparations on the back of many recommendations of the Forum regulars (Thanks to Laly, Pan & Mog!). I listened to Track 1 and moved to Jack's 20 minute KSMO track having felt sufficiently relaxed.
This session was particularly good as I found myself far less detached from an outcome and noticed a lowered volume to the 'mind noise' that had coloured my sessions in the past few weeks. Toward the end I did notice some tingling in and around my perineal area... Joy!
I followed the KMSO practice with Track 2 of the Ecstasy CD and what happened was amazing. Within a minute or so I felt which others have described as an "opening of my heart chakra". A warm, fuzzy sensation began to emanate from my upper chest. I then felt an overwhelming need to just let go... and which I did. I let go and felt as if I was sinking back into the couch that I was lying on. For a few moments I was washed over with a joy that I had never felt before (with its centre.. I guess at or near my heart). The rest of Track 2 I spent listening to the music and enjoying what had just happened.. Wow!
The following sessions with the Ecstasy CD weren't as profound as the first and I feel it is because of this. When I became aware of a feeling/'fawn' my thinking mind becomes aware and begins to chase. And when we chase we scare it away. No matter. Just another side step away from a conscious-mind pitfall.
Wednesday's session I took a slightly different approach. I listened to both Tracks 1 & 2 of the Ecstasy CD before beginning the KSMO practice. What happened? I found myself far too relaxed! Whenever I took in a breath for a Key Sound it would come out a yawn. Hahaha. Good lesson learnt. Be mindful of my energy levels going into the KSMO session.
I finished the week's practice earlier this evening and probably had my 'best' session yet. The reason, I believe, has been a sequence of events that has given me both focus and motivation. I have had a lot of time to myself this week.. time spent contemplating various issues about life and spirituality. I've realised that the KSMO journey for me has slowly changed from one aimed at developing multiple orgasmic capacity and ejaculatory control to one that more importantly involves realising true love and appreciation for self.
I began the session with the intent to reach a point in relaxation. I listened to some Native American Flute music (oh so beautiful) and a few minutes into Track 1 of the Ecstasy CD. As I began articulating the Key Sound I noticed my heart's pulse in unusual places.. such as my lip, my calf and the front & back of my knee. The pulse then shifted into tingling/pins & needles of sorts in my legs and hands. More fawns (echo effects)!
This time the fawns were not frightened.
I continued to articulate and stumbled across a slightly different frequency that caused tingles down my arms and into my fingers. Up until now I have been emulating Jack's Key Sound as best possible.. Given this new discovery I will continue to experiment.
I'm very happy with my session today. I feel a lot of pressure had lifted when I changed my focus to simply relaxing into the practice and articulating 'correctly'. With Jack's added advice that Echo Effects often occur in between sessions the pressure to perform has also greatly vanished.
I notice that I enjoy my KSMO sessions and leave them with a smile. With each passing day I grow more in motivation for the next session... and I haven't had an orgasmic experience yet! Boy oh boy will I be an impatient young man when it does
That's it for me.
Until next time.
