New short tips I've rediscovered
Posted 3rd January 2010 at 18:54 by Kepler
Hi all!
It's more than a month since my last entry. I've been busy with university and all that stuff and it has been very difficult for me to be in a chat. On saturdays I can´t have all the time I want and each time I wanted to stay and chat I had something else I couldn't avoid. I hope this year will be different
The practice is going better I think but I learn in a weird way. I have the feeling that in a session I progress a little and in others I forget what I have learnt in the previous one.
In all this time I've realized that there are some little things that help me during the practice but each thing only helps me sometimes and not always. That disconcerts me.
Some of this little things are:
- I've discovered that I was not doing very well the ks, and I have reoriented it doing it a little more husky.
- I think I was breathing too fast during practice and now I try to breathe very slowly. Each breath last like 6 seconds or so. Is that ok?
- Smiling during practice seems to work in a way too.
- I try to feel the echo effects moving through my body and I try to follow them.
- Little movements when doing practice sometimes are useful.
All this things are pretty well known for all the people in this community, I as well learnt them in the past but I didn't give them too much presence in my sessions. Eventually I've realized that all this little things are important and that's when I told to myself: "They were right. It works!"
Thank you all for the support and everything!
PD: I would like to chat a little with someone if possible in other day of the week please
