Energy Build Up in Chest
Well it's been a while since I've posted here and it's been a while since I've had the privacy to have a good KSMO session but with a new girlfriend, a trip to Mexico and suffering through a bout of sickness, it's to be expected.
Last night I decided to take some time and have a KSMO session. I was not disappointed. Almost immediately upon lying down I could feel good feelings running through my body. I could feel energy running through my arms and face and the sweet orgasmic ache in my genitals.
I went longer than the prescribed 20 minute session and began to get some strong energy feelings in my chest. The energy seemed to pool there and actually felt like it burned at one point. I decided to see if I could move this energy throughout the rest of my body through use of the keysound and breathing and was successfully rewarded to a certain degree with some great orgasmic feelings. I also discovered that the louder I made the keysound, the more of that energy was transferred to my genitals. Great feeling! I still struggled though with the feeling of the energy being stuck in this area, like the pathways to other parts of my body were clogged and it was building up here.
Anyone have any ideas or comments as to solving or unsticking this problem? I wondering if my current situation of feeling 'stuck' in life job wise, geographically, money wise and spiritually has anything to do with it?

Heyy canuck, how was Mexico?
I couldn't be really sure about the next bit of advice I'm gonna give because I haven't experienced it for myself. But from what I have searched over this site and what Jack has told me..I would recommend trying not to use your voice to artificially make the KS louder. Make a nice gentle resonate KS and direct it at those energy clogs and see what happens. In a sense kind of like 'energy healing'

Yes because of my issues with roommates I've tended to keep my keysound a bit softer than I should and discovered this session that pronouncing the keysound louder directed more energy from my heart to my genitals. I think due to 'life issues' though, the energy is building up around my heart. The keysound, as Jack has directed, has a great affect of moving that energy around. Additionally, for me, relaxing is a big thing. Because of how easy I carry stress, relaxing is hard to do. This may contribute to the build up. It'll all work out though. re: stress- yeah I get that too, but I find doing a session or even a meditation helps me to focus within myself and slow down so that things 'come into focus" clearer and I am calmer afterwards.Posted 8th March 2009 at 19:34 by Laly
