Rumel's Ruminations - 13

Well it has been nearly two months since I have made a blog entry so after today’s good session I thought I should bring the record of Rumel’s Ruminations up to date. In the six weeks after my previous blog, I have been having an average of 2-3 sessions per week. These sessions have all been pretty consistent with some immediate echo effects during the KS portion of the session and during the ‘warm down’ post KS portion of the session. I have encountered a few more emotional fur balls associated with hurt, guilt and shame feelings and I am finding some of these have been quite easy to forgive and now that I have let them go, I’ve forgotten them already. More mental garbage that I can reclaim the energy from and dump the rest, I need to make more room available for Bliss & Joy to come visit more regularly. I have been on protocol and had been using my prototype guided session/self hypnosis recording.
About two weeks ago I began thinking there might be ways to improve the effectiveness of the recording, so I decided to make some alterations in the sound landscape and made a new recording. Today’s session was the second time I’ve listened to it and I think it is definitely an improvement as I have experienced some new and better feelings. From Jack’s earlier suggestion, I discarded the moaning woman’s background vocal. This proved to be a key deletion in that it now allows the mind to more fully focus on the body’s sensory feedback rather than thinking about this virtual fantasy figure.
I also added a soundtrack of soothing water sounds of a flowing stream as background accompaniment. I think these changes help to massage the ego consciousness into reducing “mind noise”.
In today’s session, I was able to get to a very deep relaxed state in the ‘warm up’ portion and before actually starting the KS portion I was experiencing echo effects (muscle twitches and spot spasms) at a couple of body locations. Early on into the KS portion, probably about the 4th KS, I got an immediate involuntary PC muscle contraction that was a bit longer in duration than I had experienced before in the KS protocol sessions, but there was also something new about this one, there was a definite sense of pleasure attached to it. In all my previously reported contractions (which were orgasmic in nature) I don’t think I was deriving any real pleasure from them. They felt OK, not at all unpleasant, but more of a curiosity effect than a sensual response. Today’s contractions started taking on that pleasure edge I associate with traditional orgasms. In this relaxed state a few more differing body areas started lighting up with echo effects (right armpit , right thigh, bottom of right foot, left calf, left knee, left hip, sternum/diaphragm), not simultaneously just a random sequence. Later in the KS portion after a couple of the KS were made I got two and three of the involuntary PC contractions with the same tinge of an associated pleasure wave. I also noticed (more so today than in the past) the upper chest vibrations as a result of the KS. I take this to mean I am finally starting to articulate it correctly. Later in the ‘warm down’ portion I noted that when I would direct my attention to my genital area, this would also invoke a gentle pleasurable PC contraction. This effect has continued for many hours after I ended my session and returned to my other activities. So all in all I believe I have made some good progress in this learning journey in which I am engaged.
