session

I did a practice session today for the first time in a week or so. Trying out mog's advice with no stim, concentrating on prostate, but KS never got particularly resonant so I mostly experimented with the KS and resonance for the approx 20 min. I noticed I had been closing my throat while making the KS, and now I wonder if I make that a habit in my speech. I tried keeping the throat 'open' and noticed the KS sound/feel "clearer". I plan to keep experimenting to see what works best with the KS as well as post more audio samples to Jack soon to see if I have gotten nearer the mark as far as articulation goes.
Today was the first time a practice session itself felt pleasant in its own right. Normally I end up stopping 10-15 min in. I feel very relaxed, but end up getting bored due to lack of resonance. Today, however, I felt not only relaxed as usual but also content and experienced a general sense of pleasantness and well being. I didn't want to stop, but ran out of time for practice around 20 min or so. Some of these effects may be due to not getting sufficient sleep last night, but I'm not going to venture speculation in this regard :-)
