Threat to my KSMO?
Gold Nugget - KSMO and medical treatment - sciatica
Recently I became somewhat nervous that a medical procedure that I needed to submit to might affect my stupendous KSMO adventures.
As many old gits like me know, sciatica can be a nuisance - commonly caused by spinal stenosis. But this can be improved by surgical treatment.
However, the specialist decided that a spinal excavation was not necessary and he would try an epidural injection of steroid and anasthetic with the object of achieving initially some inflammation and pain reduction.
But I thought that having all this stuff pumped into the nerve conduit in my lower spine might do my sciatica some good but at the same time would very likely anesthetise the area and therefore introduce some disconnection of communication between my command centre and the various bits lower down that become excited during KSMO practice. So I weighed up the prospect of continuing to live with the nuisance of the leg pain against possible long-term harm to my KSMO adventures. I decide to risk the latter consequence and hope for the best and so agreed to the treatment.
During the days afterwards, I became a bit apprehensive because my orgasmic sensations had definitely suffered some attenuation and had also subtly changed in character. Some of the erotic magic of my orgasms had departed. My consternation was exacerbated also by a couple of rare dud sessions which happened subsequently.
If the injection had indeed numbed my bits to a significant extent I might have considered letting its effects wear off (some three months possibly) and then refuse further treatment.
But this afternoon, now a week after the treatment, I had what I consider to have been the best two-hour session of my KSMO career - no kidding! All the familiar sensations were back in more than full measure. So, relieved, I now feel able to resume my climb up the scale of multiple orgasmic experience which was temporarily interrupted.
I need not have worried - the KSMO is so....er....Durable!
BTW, the treatment has done wonders for my back and leg pain.
So if there are any other sciatica sufferers currently enjoying their KSMO practice who might be faced with taking similar treatment for spinal stenosis it would seem that the worse that could happen as a result is a temporary reduction in performance.
