Progress

OK, a confession right up front. I'm a bit of a stress junkie.
I like feeling that I have progress and movement in all phases of my life. It makes me anxious to think that things aren't "happening." I have to catch myself and remind myself that the quality of movement matters as much as the quantity.
So I'm doing the key sound on a regular basis ... every 2 or 3 mornings ... and while I'm not multi-orgasmic yet, I continue to get these really cool bodily feelings during the breaths between the key sounds. Plus, when I am pleasuring myself towards a traditional orgasm ... man, my eyes glaze over a bit just thinking about it. I must be breathing differently ... and I sure am able to conciously pay attention to the feelings in my body ... 'cause the build-up to orgasm is ... well, I can't think of a word strong enough for it.
Instead of goal-oriented orgasms, I'm tuning into the physical sensations ... where I'm being touched and where the echo feelings take place in my body ... and it FEELS SO GOOD. SO-O-O-O-O-O-O-O GOOD. Those feelings building towards orgasm ... and the climax itself ... is ... well, again, nothing I seem to think of really describes how truly incredible it is!
So I'm looking forward to more work with the key sound and building towards whatever is coming ... but my more traditional sexual climaxes are sure helping fill the time between now and when I arrive at Multiorgasmicville.

Hey Chris2fuh,
Great name! From personal experience, learning to relax is a must for KSMO. I for the longest time was a stress junkie and had very tough time calming down for a KSMO session. I was also chasing the orgasms as well which was counter productive. As far as I've experienced, the key to the KSMO practice is learning to relax, following the protocol and articulating the keysound correctly. I would encourage you to read Zeitgeists forum post. By reading his post I finally realized that I needed to stop chasing the orgasms, learn to relax and follow protocol. This has reaped great returns for me. |
