PC Contractions with Full Body Tingling

Well, I keep reaching new levels and experiencing new things. I had a session where the anal contractions that I get with full body tingling were combined with long, slow PC contractions. The PC contractions were in sync with the anal contractions as is the case when I do Kegel exercises. This seems to be similar to what Pan describes in his “What does it feel like” forum post but I have yet to experience the cresting or ongoing tingling in my penis that he mentions as the secondary and concurrent orgasm. The tingling waves and contractions lasted for several minutes. As has been the case for a while, I still only need to make a few key sounds before I start getting those pelvic contractions. It’s been quite a while since I’ve had a session where I make the key sound during the entire session. I start the “engine” with a few key sounds and it’s running for the rest of the session!

Moaning now occurs during every session

About halfway through the 20 minute session, I begin making that moaning sound that I described during my previous entry. It still occurs during each exhale but it sounds more like a regular moan than me vocalizing "HAAAA". It almost sounds like a long sigh. At first it starts out barely audible and then it increases in volume, but only to the level of normal conversation. The sound is very similar to the key sound: not in my throat, but very breathy and deep. Sometimes it is so low that it could be called growling, but that word has a connotation of being used as a warning, confrontation, or anger, and that certainly isn’t the case here! As the session winds down, the moaning gets softer and softer until it disappears entirely.

Recent sessions a little lackluster

Recent sessions have been a little lackluster. I think part or most of that is that I’ve felt tired and sleepy during the session whether it’s during the early or late evening. I still get the pelvic contractions, tingling, and moaning, but it hasn’t had the intensity of some of the previous sessions where I’ve been more alert. In some cases, I’ve felt myself drifting off to sleep when the contractions stop as I’m trying to notice any sensations that are occurring. I’m obviously pushing myself to have a session when I’m not really ready for it. That usually occurs when it’s been several days since I had a session and I feel the need to “catch up” whether my schedule and/or level of alertness allow it. I could try taking a short nap, but if I do that late in the evening, I usually have a very difficult time getting to sleep when it’s time to go to bed. It’s probably better for me to just postpone the session for another day.

All in all, my journey is continuing and I’m still enjoying it!
