So this time I had "regular" orgasm on the day in between. I felt like I didn't have a lot of energy for my session. I didn't notice as much sensation as other sessions and I took a nap afterwards:rolleyes:. Naps are always good but I felt like I had less of a base to start from for that session.
I have this idea from other (Taoist) orgasm control methods I've tried that I lose a lot of energy/physical resources through ejaculation, then my brain tends to magnify this. So this might be playing into my session but then I'm thinking it could actually have nothing to do with KSMO's. Mind games! I'll try not to let that belief system affect my approach:p.

Take Care,

Another reason I want to blog (have never done it before) is so that someone else starting can read through initial experiences and watch a (hopefully) progression.
I had my hands over my chest and felt a lot of "pleasantness" in my arms/chest/shoulders/head. Nothing major but nice. Also a path of "well, the easiest thing to do right now is relax," was very subtly apparent. Which was funny because that's not always the easiest thing to notice to do.
I had more jerks from my solar plexus. They were a little stronger this time and more muscular than when they happen at other times, though not really any pleasure/displeasure right now.

At the end I felt like some energy went up to my head and the top third of my skull was a little emotionally uncomfortable about something going on with someone. (I love to snuggle, to the point that my body doesn't feel good when I get a lot of snuggles and then none,) I haven't got to see my snuggle-friend for several days.

Afterwards I was very relaxed and the front of my arms felt freer and more open.
Oh, during my days off I do feel like I can call up some good feelings at will, like 5%, but its nice.

Take Care,

Hi Everyone,

I just laid down for my second practice on protocol. I noticed a small sensation cross from my lower belly to upper butt. For most the time my hands/ears were very warm. When I sat up I noticed my mind was more focused and calm and I had slightly better sense of feeling the inside of my body.

Also, before and during the practice I had several jerks from my solar plexus. This happens a lot during other forms of meditation and snuggling/relaxing. I have feedback from some of my teachers that its a good thing. Just curious if it happens to other people. I've met a few other people who do it but was wandering about the KSMO population.
Take Care,

Hi everyone,

I joined 2 1/2 years ago, practiced for a month, noticed little tiny things and got distracted. I recently found the website again and got in touch with Jack who got me in the forum etc... (thanks again Jack).
This time I would like to take the interactive (web-wise) approach. Its not a new year's resolution as much as a 27 years' resolution ;)

Part of the reason I'll try blogging is to keep my efforts honest. Also, I have never seen an online community as supportive as this one, not to mention the intimate subjects shared.
Take care every
