I posted this session on the aneros site, but I wanted it here for the journey's continuity. This was my longest session to date, approx. 2.5 hrs. Entered the zone in a short time, I knew this was a good sign. Drifted on the waves of pulsating bliss. Found myself on a pedastal with white sheets and feeling a bit of a chill, pulled up my covers and continued the drift. I was startled by a series of energetic spasms around my calves and realized I was on my bed fully clothed and on top of the sheets!...

This morning during my diurnal erection period I hummed a key sound. This put me in a zone of total reception. No urge to move, full body pulsations and hard perineal contractions happening spontaneously. This is my first experiance of the zone in an aroused state. I have been there in meditative actvity but not like this! The natural chi being heightened in the morning seems to have been an easier access. I had a short sit down session with ksmo. Decided to lay it down for about an hour.Slipped my aneros buddy in and stimulated for several rounds. A round being stim, Ksmo, micro cosmic orbit breath. Energy built till all this seemed laborious, so just let it go and enjoyed. After about 20 min. My perception shifted, my sensations hadn't changed but my deep sense of relaxation had changed.
