After sensing a misunderstanding in the Aneros Chat focused on KSMO, and having the very good discussion in our Evening KSMO Chat later on the 10th, I have been reflecting a lot on the nature of what I have experienced over the last year and a bit, referring back to the Three Models post earlier.
The question is, how expansive, transformable and transformative are the energies that can be tapped and directed using the Key Sound?

The Key Sound is now such a natural part of me, that I silently make it when I am feeling good, even absentmindedly. The energies appear in the abdomen putting me in the O-zone and p-waves and mini-Os can happen without further triggering, or even just thinking about sounding!
The following is from a posting in a thread about KSMO on the Aneros Forum, where there is already a lot of discussion about KSMO and more to come...

There is a thread in this site describing my youthful Intellectual Orgasms, IOs, that were vigourous full body super orgasms that went on and on, filled with vivid and meaningful imagery and "through the body travel". Ever since beginning Aneros use and KSMO explorations about a year ago, I have had feelings that just a thin space away in consciousness, the IO possibilities are lurking.

As per January 11th night's chat, I will continue with the Aneros approach for medical reasons (the direct physical contact of that massage is the best treatment I have experienced for the long term BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) I have. It has also clearly had benefits for my general reawakening of earlier rewiring, added rewiring now, muscle training and physical pleasure.
But what really interests me is the energy flows and "energy body". The Key Sound, articulated...

Having joined KSMO and had some great initial experiences, after finding out about KS in the Aneros Forum, our experiences didn't seem to correspond to any of the patterns reported by others or expected in the Protocol. What was and is therefore going on?
The wonderful energy flows that we have experienced have become the central feature and desire in our practice. At the same time, we have been mostly "on hold" due to family circumstances for a few months.
