Hi everyone...am back from the Family Constellations workshop and so many things come to mind that I want to share am just bursting.

First of all, that week didn't start out the best as I had the flu all that week before the workshop-- even having to travel to Michigan while still not feeling 100%...

I almost....almost thought of not going...but I felt I needed to go. There was something that I had intended on sharing with the group and had for weeks beforehand been...

Hi...not sure what am about to post qualifies for KSMO...but it does fall into context of my journey to emotional freedom ...

I have been working on releasing hold on loved ones whom (who??) are no longer walking the physical world...there was one last set of physical holdings (ashes) that I had been holding onto for many years...just couldn't find the courage to release my dog's ashes...that is until today.

I'll admit it was not the easiest thing for me to do...but...
